Do you have a showroom?

Yes. We have many items on display and experts who can advise you on your project, show you samples and give you ideas as well as provide you with a free quotation.

Our showroom is open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, Saturday 9am-12pm, parking is available, no appointment is necessary. Our full address including postcode is: 3 Cowley Road, Poole, Dorset, BH17 0UJ.

Do I get a guarantee?

Yes. All of our work is backed by a fully comprehensive guarantee for your absolute peace of mind.

What areas do you cover?

We supply and install throughout the whole of the UK.

Both our showroom and our factory are based in Poole, Dorset.

Do you offer a complete one stop service?

Yes. Our service covers everything from inital advice, design and quotation to expert installation and guarantee.

We can supply free samples of all our stone for you to test in the comfort of your own home.

How do I get a quote?

For a free quotation you can either come to our showroom or we can arrange a free in home consultation for you. We will show you stone examples and give you advice on your project as well as a written quotation.

Can you help me design what I want and offer me advice?

All of our staff are highly trained and knowledegable in all of the types of stone that we install.

We always offer advice and help with the design of your project to make sure you are getting exactly what you want.

Do you cut and prepare the stone yourself?

All of our stone is imported then cut and prepared in our own factory in Poole before being delivered to your home for installation.

If you would like to see your stone being cut and prepared a factory visit can be arranged for you.

How long does the process take?

Because we cut and prepare our stone in our own factory we can have your stone ready to be installed in as little as 5 Working days.

What is a template?

Accurate measurements of the kitchen units, cut outs for sinks, hobs, taps and the size of the overhang are taken. We then bring the template back to the factory to manufacture the stone Worktops that are cut precise and accurate.

What do we require from you on template and fix day?

On the day of template and fix the units must all be fixed in there final position and sinks and hobs available.

Will my Worktops be sealed?

Yes we seal all the Granite worktops prior to them going out. We recommend you re-seal the worktops once a year using the Dry treat products we sell.
